Master the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Classes cover the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — grips, positioning, guard, guard passing, submissions, and takedowns. The curriculum is structured around one guard theme per week, covering related positioning, guard passing, and submissions. This class is for those with no prior BJJ experience.

From fundamentals to advanced level
Classes progress step by step from fundamental BJJ techniques through to more advanced applications. Each session ends with optional open sparring. The content goes beyond the GI Basic class, but all levels are welcome — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Grappling without the kimono — fast, dynamic, explosive
No-Gi training uses rashguard and shorts in place of the kimono, emphasizing clinch control, wrestling takedowns, positional control, and submissions. The style is well-suited for MMA and grappling competition. Classes are designed to build technical skill steadily from beginner level.

A fun and safe program for children to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes build body awareness, fundamental movements, and discipline through games and engaging drills — while supporting child development and strengthening the parent-child bond. No experience required.

Free drilling and sparring
Open Mat is unstructured training time where students work on techniques in depth, focus on specific positions, or engage in free sparring with training partners or instructors. Above all, it is the perfect place to build connections with fellow members. Open to all members.
